Not much... I'm usually barely able to keep my eyes open after 9:30 PM. But what gets me up EARLY is my drive to be a helper, doing good work, taking care of my family... and figuring out how to squeeze in a few minutes for myself. (Really good coffee is also involved.)
More than anything I care deeply about leading with warmth & competence and working with the people first, then the strategy, tech, and processes. I feel like leadership is an area I've thrived and am passionate about sharing with others. I love helping others realize their potential (as cheesy as that sounds, it's true).
